In these photos you can see how the shape of the roof changed as the day wore on. Unfortunately, next door's trees get in the way when trying to get good shots on the camera, so I have to take them from across the road! I've just this minute discovered that the builders left their radio and our loft light on. The radio was easily silenced because the power is coming from the socket on the landing but there's nothing we can do about the light being on all night. DH just said that it doesn't fill him with confidence that they have left the roof watertight if they can forget such basic things!
