My poor boy had a dreadful night last night. He didn't seem able to get off to sleep properly at all. A large proportion of the night was spent with him half asleep/half awake, with a lot of crying in the wee small hours. He hasn't eaten very much all day (very unlike him!) but he did manage a nap this afternoon. I thought he'd be out like a light at 7pm but I can still hear him chatting to his toys. I can tell you this, his mummy won't be long for bed and I'm pretty certain that she'll be out like a light!

Such a serious expression! Hopefully the young man will soon be asleep and feel much better tomorrow.
Poor thing.He must have felt sick because he was crying all the time.Was he in pain?
Hopefully he will sleep tonight and feel better in the morning just like his mommy.
Awwww... I'm so sorry he had a bad night and that you did, too. But look at that adorable face! Ruth, he's so cute that he could be the poster child for the quintessential little English schoolboy. Just precious.

I do hope your little man is feeling better today! It is so hard when they are not well and we cannot seem to find a way to help them except hold and be there for them.
