The Power Of A Power Nap

Normal service is resumed.Never underestimate the power of a power nap. Although, in this case, it was more like a three hour nap!

Yep sometimes a power sleep is all that will do. We're beginning to skip them but sometimes it's hard going if we do lol.

Sleep is so rejuvenating for them isn't it? Mine are both over day sleeps now unless they are very ill, early to bed though as they manage to exhaust themselves every day!

I absolutely agree with DS...naps are the best......:-) Hugs

Ah, that's better! Sometimes only a long nap will do the trick. I feel that way myself sometimes..

DS is onto something here. My sleep schedule has been interrupted for the past two weeks, and I'm definitely feeling it. Maybe a three hour power nap is what we all need!

He just gets cuter and cuter, Ruth. It's criminal how adorable that child is! If one could be arrested for cuteness, DS would be serving a life sentence. ;-)

Glad it did the trick... I remember my DS at the same age, all tearful and weary, then like tigger after a couple of hours' sleep!
He's certainly a lovely looking little chap and he sounds sweet. It's all baby girls in our family now.. I love them, but there is something different (and special) about small boys and their busy little lives.
