Remember here and even here, when I talked about learning to dance? Well, as it happens, DH spotted a flyer for a new dance exercise class in the church hall at the end of our road and, as a result of that, I went for my first session last night. Hence the need for a new pair of trainers. More to follow about my new class soon.

Zumba is the latest thing isn't it? Kind of like line dancing but to different music.
