Burns Night

DH requested haggis for supper tonight, in honour of Burns Night.  He's obviously embracing his inner-Scot, or something ...

We were going to but John's on a diet!! Low fat mince (chilli) for him instead. Did A enjoy it and will H get some tomorrow?

I had haggis once.

That was sufficient.:)

I think it's the thought of what's in haggis that makes me go 'urgghh'! Maybe it is an acquired taste!

Haggis is certainly for the stout of heart. Does Dh like sushi?

Ruth, one of my ancestors was a big backer of Burns as well as a close friend. Hail, Bobby! :-)

I have to admit I don't mind haggis at all - must be because I'm Scottish? I did consider buying some but I would have been the only one eating it.

I don't think I've ever tried haggis. The Boy tried it at Scouts last week, but he wasn't overly impressed....
