I don't mind admitting that I like ironing.
I like the whole process of creased to uncreased and pristine.
I find ironing calming.
I prefer The Boy Child's clothes to The Brainy One's shirts.
I used to love ironing until my father came to live with us. I had made the mistake of once saying that I did all my best thinking when I was ironing. Every time I got out the ironing board my father would comment as he came into the room "what have you got to think about now?" I now give it to my daughter, who also likes ironing but had the sense to keep quiet around her granddad
I like ironing. Now I don't have the pressure of producing clean shirts on demand for work and school, I do it when I feel like it, listening to something on radio 4 or music on Spotify. I even iron things that don't really need ironing if the play or whatever hasn't finished.

I really wish I liked ironing- I have to do so much of it!!!! Funnily the thing I don't really mind ironing is dh shirts!

We try to buy clothes that don't need ironing. I don't mind at all doing the dishes, but I hate ironing.

I think my least favourite thing to iron is t-shirts, especially when they don't stay in shape! xx
I wish I likied ironing. I have to make myself do so much every night just to keep up.
