Attempting to live a better story ... and scrapbooking it.
Wow, new buildings! That is really progress... I didn't think there would be re-building there for a very long time; so much hurt and loss takes a lot of recovery. It's very brave to re-build on the Ground Zero site. I have been remembering today too. It was a terrible day and I still remember how shocked we all were, as we watched the tv and saw it all unfold. I have been thinking of those who lost loved ones. They are the people who I really think of now - because their memories are so altered by that dreadful event. Prayers for those who lost... and for those who helped, those who watched, those who cared.
Oh, Ruth, how lovely that you have photos of yourself and the World Trade Center. And what a lovely tribute you have posted today! xo
A very poignant post Ruth...I too had no idea that building had progressed so far!Alison xx
