One Photo | Twenty Words

Having Autism isn't so bad.
Not when you are given access to queue jumping at theme parks.
Then it's cool.

One Photo | Twenty Words is the lovely Abi's idea and you can see more here.

We had the chat with The Boy Child back in the summer.  All told, it went pretty well.  I'll post the full story of that conversation shortly.

...and there are so many lovely character traits that they wouldn't have otherwise. TBC is a little young yet, but my boy found Freaks, Geeks & Asperger Syndrome a revelation.

That looks like a great book and anything that makes autism cool is a good thing in my book ;)

I have just been watching an American series called Parenthood where the son has asperges and they aren't sure whether to tell him or not or how to tell him. This seems like a good solution.

I'm glad there are perks for TBC, I need to ask my SIL if she has heard of this book.
