Me on Monday

It's been a:
chilly enough for a coat,
 with layers required for dog-walking,
while appreciating the arrival of Autumn,
before heading home to welcome our house guest.
And all before lunch kind of Monday,

 This post is adapted from
Me on Monday, which is the lovely Sian's idea
and you can see more here.

Ooh, I would love to go scrunching through those leaves!

Oh yes! It's chilly enough for a coat round here. Except my new one was put away as a Christmas present by my sister last week. Sob.

I need to get out and look for more leaves to crunch through..

Have a good week

Time for extra layers even during a sunny afternoon here.

Nothing better than a lovely long dog walk, kicking through the leaves when you're all wrapped up warm. That's the lovely part of Autumn!

The tree lined avenue is gorgeous. My (teenage) children don't yet feel the need for warm coats - although one has taken to wearing a school jumper under his blazer. I on the other hand am firmly ensconced in my winter coat now - far too cold otherwise.

Love your tree and leaves photo. The season seems to have turned so quickly this year.

Your house guest is a much better guest than the ones we've had this weekend!! So cute xx

Definitely a jacket (at least) type of weather here right now. Still lots of green leaves on the trees but also starting to see quite a few trees with nothing left. That park looks so inviting - so long as you're not the one having to clear the leaves. :)
