Photo a Day: 8th June

The Boy Child and I visited the Science Museum this morning and joined a tour called Flights of Fantasy.  It was perfectly pitched at children and The Boy Child even answered a question (with a little help from me).  The plane that you can see is the one that Amy Johnson used to fly from Britain to Australia in 1930.

Sounds like you had a great day. Lovely photo. Amy Johnson was a real pioneer and a heroine of mine.
