Photo a Day: 13th October

~ making like a tourist ~
The Boy Child and I spent the day in town today and had a blast.  First up was a visit to the Royal Mews, where The Queen's carriages and cars are kept, and we followed it up with a couple of hours on an open-top tour bus.
Sometimes it's a good idea to view your city as visitors do.

I agree Ruth. I always feel like a tourist in my town when I take visitors around it bit you do realise how special the place you live is. x

Sounds like fun :) Not sure what we're going to do about our trip now, it depends what they say at the fracture clinic :(

We'll have to take your DN on one next time. It must be one of the only things we haven't done with him. Glad it was a good day out xxx

Did a bit of that on Friday - it is always fun. Been trying to do more of that this year and enjoyed the explorations.

We love that Big Red Bus! We have happy memories of several routes - including one which was so wet we had to accept the free palstic ponchos..
