Right Now ...

I'm appreciative of blue skies and sunshine.
I'm enjoying the early signs of Spring.
I'm baking scones almost daily.
I'm making Yorkshire Pudding batter, ready to turn it into Toad in the Hole.
I'm almost a month along with iron tablets and not noticing any discernible improvement.
What are you thinking about, feeling, hoping for, struggling with, watching, listening to, celebrating right now?

mmmm...scones, toad in the hole and Yorkshire pudding, some of my favorite British foods!

Sorry the iron pills don't seem to be helping. They had me add an inordinate amount of dark green veg and beef (plus mussels) to my diet when the pills failed to help me. I wasn't wild about the diet but it did the job. Now I just have to pay attention to the amount of iron in my diet.

I too got excited for toad in the hole! I'm sorry about the pills.

I am enjoying the few hours of vaguely warm weather we had this afternoon and thinking i will spend my afternoon catching up on blogs and drinking lots of tea!

Those scones look delicious! That's something I've never tried making...must remedy that!

This week I'm anxiously awaiting the birth of my new baby niece. She should be arriving in the next 24 hours, but I'm not supposed to say that online... shhhh! ;o)

Thinking that I should be getting ready for work and not blog hopping.

Feeling tired as the 10 hour days are catching up with me.

Struggling with my girl being so far away but looking forward to 11 days off in April and her return for 4 weeks on the 29th March.

Are you taking them with pure orange juice? My GP said they don't work half so well without the vitamin C to help the absorption
