Eating Out

Living in a global city such as London always provides a great backdrop for contrasts.
Compare last evening with lunchtime today.
 ~ 2* Michelin restaurant ~
~ cafe in the park ~
 ~ dressed up ~
~ dressed down ~
 ~ arty-farty delicious, but miniscule portions ~
~ simple, delicious, get-your-chops-round-that portions ~
What can I say?
The Brainy One and I know how to live.

Love this. I have never eaten in a Michelin-starred estaurant - definitely needs to be on my bucket-list

Great contrasts! Lovely picture of you both.

We don't have the Michelin system down here but in Melbourne the same could be said - we have a wide variety of excellent eateries, fine dining and otherwise.

Actually, Heston Blumenthal is bringing The Fat Duck down here for six months while refurbishing the home base ... talk has been of the stars being used to accommodate him.
