Snap #32 | Dog Walking

Helena has a new photographic theme for 2016:
Snap, a visually linked group of 2 to 4 images.
***
The twenty seven acres of Common at the end of our road
play a big part in our daily lives.
It was, until fairly recently, where we walked the pooch.

Sadly, after a long summer of day trippers, a visiting fairground and squatters,
the Common is currently not a pleasant place to be.
Hopefully, it won't be long before the Council ensures
that it's returned to its usually level of cleanliness.

A great glimpse of your life in your SNAP collection. Lovely wide space to roam in - hope it is back to its intended uses soon. So many chestnuts (conkers) on the ground.

How wonderful to have that beautiful space so nearby!

It looks wonderful in that bright light. Such a shame it has not been respected the way you would like. I hate litter with a passion. Hoping it will soon be looking pristine again and a happy place to be ...

Ugh on the fair - we have that infestation in two near by parks and avoid them too. Looks like a lovely place to visit otherwise!

Shame people don't clear up after themselves. I am sure the council is pretty pressurised. Hope it is back to normal soon.
